I wanted a lower-profile and more flexible kneepad. I was thrilled when I put these on and had full range of motion. Previous kneepads were bulkier and limited my knee bend, which limited my grip. Although I haven't been able to try them on the pole yet, they're great on the floor.

Okay, now that I've gotten some good wear out of these I can confidently say I LOVE them! I wear them 2-3 times a week for pole choreo, at which some point I am doing floorwork. I'm a girly with thicker legs and they fit perfectly. The non-slip grip on the inside keep them from rolling down, no problem. The color match was perfect for me. 10/10 reccomend!

I love these kneepads! I have been telling everyone at my studio about them and have two studio mates rocking them. I started training again after being out of pole for a couple of months and I was able to do kips and fish flops without feeling anything! They generally stay in place while doing tricks but, since getting back to pole, I've built my leg muscles back up and need to size up to a medium so I currently have to adjust them a bit here and there. That said, I plan to get them as soon as light brown size medium is back in stock, along with the not grippy ones for my floor and chair classes. I highly recommend these and I will buy again AS SOON as the size and color I need are back in stock!

I purchased these knee pads to replace the ancient volleyball knee pads I was using before. These are much more low profile, stay in place, and offer plenty of coverage over the knee. Love them! Thanks Polessentials!

I'm absolutely loving my new light brown grippy knee pads! The design is so clever, it allows you to still use the skin behind your knees for grip during tricks, while also giving you that extra support from the knee pads themselves. They’re super sleek, not bulky at all, and feel great to wear. The inner elastic is grippy to keep it in place on your knees to stop it from moving while you dance.

One suggestion I do have: it would be amazing to see the different knee pad colours modelled and added to the pictures of the product. It would really help when choosing the shade that blends or complements best. Especially as I found it hard to choose between tan or light brown without examples!

After receiving a recommendation from my good friend, I ordered the black and beige grippy knee pads. I followed the sizing recommendation and they fit great! I love how the back of my knee is exposed so I can move between the floor and pole with ease. They have just enough padding to support without obnoxious bulk. I definitely recommend ensuring you put them on the “right” way. My first attempt I wasn’t paying attention and had the wider end at my calf which caused them to not stay in place. Also, be mindful when putting them on that your heel doesn’t get stuck in the hole when pulling them up or you could pop a seam. Lastly, follow the recommendation given on how to remove them! It definitely works and makes it super easy to get them off after a sweaty class! Thanks PolEssentials! Love these pads!

I bought these for figure skating practice after having a nasty fall directly onto my knee. These kneepads are perfect. They are comfortable and stay in place well. They provide much better protection than foam kneepads and are also very subtle under my tights.
They are so subtle that I will be buying another pair for competitions once the light beige colour is back in stock.

I had a minor fall the other day onto my already injured knee and the kneepads really absorbed the impact.
