Due to the emotional toll of rude and abusive customers as a result of recent U.S. import and customs rule changes, PolEssentials is no longer shipping to USA via our website.
USA Customs are separate from PolEssentials, this is your countries decision, not ours.

- Always use atleast one skin grip point of contact to ensure proper safety techniques are used whilst pole dancing.
- Heat sealed or raw seams may vary during manufacture, either design does not affect the product itself and is simply aesthetic variant
We've listened to our amazing customer feedback and are starting to roll out small improvements. You may start to notice;
- A wider top seam; an extra 1cm allows for a third anti-slip line, which means an even more stable and comfy fit!
- Because of this, the pad sits 1cm lower, which means even more coverage for your lower knee bone

- International Orders: Your package is lodged with Australia Post, it is then handed over to your Country Postal Service once it arrives in your country. You will use the same tracking number on your local postal service website.
As per our Shipping Policy: All customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are separate from the shipping fee paid at checkout. This is separate from PolEssentials and the courier.

Being a small business means that sometimes items may be replenished in increments instead of one bulk refill, this is due to having a large quantity manufacturing minimum per size, per colour.
