These have all the essential features for pole. They're grippy at the back of the knee, they easily slide on the floor with the material at the front, and they're a clean design (barely noticeable on stage). True to size. Perfect!

Best knee pads I owned so far!

My knees are sensitive so I needed some knee pads that actually protected the knee but allowed me to grip on the pole without being worried about slipping. These do the trick!! And are nice and tight so don’t move around.

Love how slim fitting these knee pads are, they don’t feel bulky and restricting when I bend my knee as well. The colour range is so inclusive too.

So far, those knee pads are my favorite. They are soft and flexible and provide good protection and grip. They work on bare legs and on leggings.

These are fantastic knee pads. They arrived so quickly and they’re true to size (measured thigh at 52cm and got a M).

I hadn’t worn gel knee pads before so they do feel a little different but very easy to get used to, plus I didn’t have to adjust them once! Love the flexibility and the open back to allow knee grip. And I cannot stress this enough, THEY ARE SO EASY TO REMOVE!! No more yanking down knee pads over sweaty knees and shins.

These are the best knee pads I've had & I have tried a lot of them.

The grippy backs hold well & the fabric doesn't roll up behind your knee like some do. The gel cushion protects your knees allowing you to send those moves without knee terror.

It's surprisingly difficult to find dance-specific knee pads. I was using the commonly available volleyball style knee pads before (I mainly dance hip hop). These are so much better. Low profile, comfortable, stay in place. Love them! Highly recommend, and would buy again!

Fits like a glove, super comfy while dancing, feel supported on my knees and they are not bulky which is a game changer!

Padding is just thick enough so you can move around, while also being supported, open backing and material is just tactile enough to help grip

Never thought I would need knee pads going up the pole but some choreos actually require them so I knew the only place I was going to find the perfect low-profile grippy knee pads were at PolEssentials. Love these :) Mine are in a size M and fit perfectly - the colour match is seamless!!!
