Due to recent U.S. import and customs rule changes, PolEssentials is no longer offering standard USA shipping directly through our website.
All U.S. customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes are set by U.S. authorities and are separate from PolEssentials and the courier. These charges are determined by your country and are not controlled by us.
USA Customer Options
USA customers may choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Purchase from a USA-Based Stockist
We recommend purchasing through one of our authorised USA stockists to avoid international shipping and customs delays.
Option 2: Manual Order with Courier Shipping
You may email us at admin@polessentials.com.au to request a manual order with courier shipping.
Courier shipping fee: $60 AUD (flat rate, regardless of weight or item quantity)
Estimated delivery time: Approximately 6 business days
Customs duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer
Important Note
As per our Shipping Policy: Refusal to pay customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes will result in the parcel being returned or held by customs. In these cases, our Returns Policy applies.

- International Orders: Your package is lodged with Australia Post, it is then handed over to your Country Postal Service once it arrives in your country. You will use the same tracking number on your local postal service website.
As per our Shipping Policy: All customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are separate from the shipping fee paid at checkout. This is separate from PolEssentials and the courier.

Being a small business means that sometimes items may be replenished in increments instead of one bulk refill, this is due to having a large quantity manufacturing minimum per size, per colour.
